Three Element Microphone

The 3C Ball Microphone consists of 3 high performance condenser capsules embedded into a machined brass ball structure. The capsules are aimed at an angle that provides optimal horizontal coverage when deployed by our Servoreeler to an effective height; close to the sound source. The ball provides good acoustic mass and a little ballast which exerts adequate pull on the microphone cable. The resulting low visibility 7/8"  diameter Ball Microphone is ideally suited for installation in all environments, including high profile corporate board rooms and other similar aesthetically demanding venues.

Exceptional sensitivity, a wide Horizontal polar pattern and very good response minimize the number of Suspended Microphones required to cover any area. 3C Ball Microphones provide optimal coverage of large spaces. Suspended Microphones are frequently chosen for use in high-end Teleconferencing systems.
