The MM-590 is a first of its kind condenser/dynamic microphone. Performer can select MIPRO’s MU-90, MU-80 condenser or MU-59 dynamic capsule which can be directly mounted on the microphone housing according to their personal preference. It exhibits the same wide dynamic range, ultra-low touching noise characteristics and rugged built quality like MM-90 and MM-59 microphones for professional stages as well as KTV establishments.
Other brands or MIPRO’s older model MM-707 condenser microphone have a built-in single AA battery to provide 1.5 V voltage supply which is unable to achieve the professional characteristics of an external phantom power. However, although MM-90B has a built-in single AA battery it offers the same professional characteristics as the external 48V phantom power.
