Innkeeper 1x digital hybrid connects audio signals to a standard analog telephone line without the transmit / receive crosstalk common to analog hybrids. The DSP continuously monitors both the phone line and audio signals to deliver excellent separation. This proprietary, dual-convergence echo canceller algorithm can achieve excellent trans-hybrid loss without any setup and without sending a noise burst down the phone line. And because its continuously monitoring the line, it can adapt to changes such as another phone going off-hook, without any user adjustment.
Behind the control door you will find switches for AGC, Caller Ducking, Presence, and a 1kHz tone generator for call setup.
Units shipped after November 2006 also include an RS-232 interface with a simple remote control protocol. This new interface also allows connection to the optional JK Audio RIU-IP web based remote interface.
