The FBT JOLLY series speaker features lightweight, yet rugged gas injected molded polypropylene cabinet construction and available in a black or white finish. The FBT JOLLY 5BA series speakers modern cabinet appearance provides fixed installations with an elegant design that blends into any decor. With use of optional accessories FBT JOLLY 5BA speakers can be mounted on mic stands for many near field monitor applications, live sound and as a studio monitor. The FBT JOLLY 5BA is of two-way design incorporating an 5-inch low frequency woofer and a 1-inch Mylar diaphragm dome tweeter. Cabinet dispersions (H) 90 x (V) 90° allowing for wide pattern coverage. The active internal crossover is at a fixed frequency of 2.7k. With a frequency range of 80Hz to 20kHz FBT JOLLY 5BA speakers provide hi fidelity sound for both speech and music applications with a maximum SPL of 114dB. Front face steel grille protects speaker from external damage. FBT’s ADAP (advanced dynamic active protection) circuitry protects speaker/driver components against failure. The bi amplified FBT JOLLY 5BA active speakers feature a 70W RMS class AB low frequency amp and a 20W RMS class AB high frequency amp. The control panel features a volume control, 2-band EQ with ±15dB of cut-boost at 80Hz LF and ±15dB cut-boost at 10kHz HF, a balanced Neutrik input combo jack, balanced XLR link output jack, microphone/line input switch, ground lift switch, LED power and limiter LED indicator. The two M6 fly points built into cabinets along with optional mounting brackets allow FBT JOLLY 5BA speakers to be surface mounted on walls or ceiling. For portable or fixed use FBT JOLLY 5BA speakers can be mounted on mic stands by using optional adapters for vertical mounting.
