All microphones in the QTC, TC and SR series are available in matched pairs, with exception to the SR20. The QTC40s (same as QTC1s) have been used in matched pairs for acoustic instrument recordings in the studio and on-location. Just choose the microphones that best suit your application and budget. For quieter sources and distant miking with omnis the QTC Series is ideal. Excellent results with omnis for louder sources such as amplified instruments, drums and close miked brass are achieved with the TC Series. For live sound or recording applications requiring a cardioid (for quiet and loud sources) the SR Series will provide excellent results. All matched pairs come in attractive wood boxes.
