EYEP Solutions Inc. partnered with VuWall to overhaul the security operations center (SOC) of a major sports league stadium in Northern California. By integrating state-of-the-art video wall technology with VuWall’s TRx Management Platform and Genetec’s Video Management System (VMS), they centralized monitoring and streamlined operations. This integration enabled centralized monitoring of hundreds of cameras along with other critical web-based information sources on a single, user-friendly interface. Today, the demand for robust security solutions has surged across various sectors, especially in high-profile venues like sports stadiums. EYEP Solutions Inc., security integrator renowned for its innovative security solutions, embarked on a mission to revolutionize security operations at a major sports league stadium in Northern California. In collaborating with VuWall, EYEP aimed to establish a cutting-edge Security Operations Center (SOC) capable of 24/7 surveillance and rapid response. The primary objective was to enhance security monitoring capabilities through the deployment of advanced technology, streamline control room operations, and ensure swift responses to security incidents.
The stadium faced numerous challenges with its existing security infrastructure, including limited monitoring capabilities, manual intervention requirements, and fragmented systems. Addressing these challenges necessitated a comprehensive overhaul of the security operations center.
SOLUTION
State-of-the-Art Video Walls: Four advanced video walls comprising a total of 10 displays were installed in the SOC – all of which are powered by a total of 7 VuWall PAK video wall & KVM nodes for the highest quality video wall processing.
Centralized Video Wall Management: The heart of the solution lays in VuWall’s TRx Management Platform, seamlessly integrated with Genetec’s Video Management System (VMS). TRx facilitates the ingestion of Genetec cameras, web sources, live event trackers, and other critical information sources onto a single, user-friendly interface.
Optimized Visualization and Response: VuWall’s intuitive UI and seamless Genetec integration enhances operational efficiency, improving response times during critical situations.
