Arthur Holm’s retractable DynamicX2Gold, installed at Oman’s Supreme Court
The rooms of the Supreme Court building in Oman are equipped with Arthur Holm’s DynamicX2Gold retractable monitors, which are electronically connected with the Higher Institute for Judiciary allowing judges to follow the judgment cases of the Supreme Court.
DynamicX2Gold are elegant monitors built from a solid aluminium block with a 24 carat gold flash giving a unique look. They have a vertical motorised movement with automatic 20° inclination to ensure the best ergonomics, viewing angle and visibility. This automatic tilting system provides a fast and silent response and is a highly reliable, maintenance-free solution.
DynamicX2Gold have curved edges for a contemporary and ergonomic look. The range is available from 17” to 22” and can be supplied with adjustable tilt, touch screen, camera, single or double retractable microphones, speakers, voting system and multimedia connectors (among others). The integrated safety system stops the movement if any resistance is detected for a secure working environment. DynamicX2Gold monitors are remotely controlled and diagnosable through the ERT interfaces in a simple and cost effective way.
As part of the constant care for the country’s judicial system, His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said ordered the construction of the Supreme Court building. The six-storey building is located opposite the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque in Ghubra.
This state-of-the art building is fully integrated and has advanced facilities to support all statutory work. It includes offices for judges, court secretariat and Public Prosecution. It also features waiting rooms, meeting and conference rooms. Lastly, it is equipped with four rooms for judgment hearings.
