Integrated Systems Events, the organization behind Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), Europe's largest trade show for the professional AV industry, recently acquired a smart tool to raise efficiency during preparatory meetings: Barco’s ClickShare presentation system.

With over 59,000 registered visitors, ISE breaks attendance records year after year. It will come as no surprise then that it takes a large, motivated team to get things done. “To run a large trade show like ISE, we need to regularly communicate with each other and inform each other about what we are doing. Our large, decentralized team therefore comes together on a regular basis,” says Mike Blackman, Managing Director of IS Events. “Before ClickShare, we were using USB sticks to swap presentations around during these meetings. Today, ClickShare allows everyone to join the discussion. They can all easily share information about what stage of the project they are at, to see how the different projects of marketing, sales, logistics, etc. affect each other. ClickShare really helps us make these meetings much more interactive.”
